Category: cueTV 2009

Touch My Blood is a greeting used in the township outside Durban where Fred Khumalo, award-winning journalist and writer, grew up during the Apartheid regime. Khumalo’s autobiography book has been adapted for the stage by award-winning actor turned director, James Ngcobo. We speak to the director about his take on Khumalo’s experiences, and life in the 1980’s townships.
